- Why are there no prices on this website?
- Because a number without a scope is a guess. What a matter costs depends on what it involves, and we would rather spend twenty minutes understanding that than publish a figure that turns out to be wrong in either direction.
- When do I find out what it costs?
- After the scoping call, in writing, before you commit to anything. The proposal sets out what is included and what is not.
- What if the matter changes?
- We tell you before the work happens, not after. A change in scope gets its own conversation and its own number.
- Do you work on an ongoing basis?
- Yes. Some clients need a lawyer on hand rather than a matter opened — that can be structured as ongoing support or as an outsourced general counsel arrangement, shaped around how your business actually runs.
- Is the first conversation chargeable?
- No. Nothing is billed before an engagement letter is signed.
